now on the back of this M.S.O it has a dealer to a person to a cycle shop and at the bottom it has a lien so i called say they don’t have a lien and the guy i bought it from wont give me my money back now what i have learned besides the obvious that if it has a M.S.O its never been registered but the mvd in abq NM needs the last registration what do i do
So I’m going to buy a small 4×8 utility trailer. I’m planning on either buying one of the ones from harbor freight tools for 0, or buying a used one from a private party
I know there is some registration involved, and that they have to pass state patrol standards, and that I need plates/tabs, etc.
I have very little money to spend, so I’m worried about possibly buying a trailer, and then it costing a fortune to register.
So what steps do I need to go through with a private seller to ensure I can transfer it into my name without having to have it inspected, or jump through any other hoops?
Also, what about the brand new ones from harbor freight? If I buy one of those, can I simply pay a few bucks to get the license plate/tabs, or does it have to go through an inspection too?
