This trailer is a Utility Trailer with a Thermoking Reefer Unit. It has an air ride suspension with sliding tandem axles, steel wheels and recap rubber. This is equipped with an air chute. This has heavy duty curculation floors and swing doors.
We bought this 5×8ft utility trailer for 0. Painted black then covered sides with plywood wrapped with aluminum flashing. Added framing then “walls”. Front-end door has been cut. Still a work-in-progress. All wood (plywood and deckwood) is being reused from decking and planter boxes in our backyard landscape project. Deck screws and metal brackets, too. At this point the only new materials we have purchases are: aluminum flashing, hinges and some of the hardware, and stainless still bolts used to secure the framing. Even the bar propping open the front-end door is repurposed: it used to form the frame for a tarp that snapped onto the bed of my truck. When the tarp was lost, the poles became flagpoles. Now, they are getting another job!
